My favorite colors are yellow, orange, & blue. My love languages are words of affirmation & quality time. And most importantly, I'm obsessed with my guinea pigs, Nugget & Corndog.

I’ve always had a camera in hand, capturing little moments and taking silly selfies. Before I became a professional photographer, I was a high school English teacher. Not because I’m passionate about perfect grammar & punctuation, but because I’m passionate about stories. I believe listening to each other is a powerful thing. 

Big adventures aren’t the only experiences that impact our lives. I might even argue that the little things you notice on walks around the neighborhood, how your partner looks at you when you’re walking through the house, and how the sunlight shines through the windows at 4pm are the moments that impact us the most.

Capturing your story means looking for little interactions during our session or your wedding, going to places special to you, including the things you love, & creating an environment where you’re comfortable being who you are. Our lives are precious, and the littlest moments become the biggest ones.

My sassy, brave, adventurous little bestie. Nugget loves riding the ferry & looking at the view, she is very invested in watching over me while I edit, and on the side, she’s a trained model who comes running when she hears the shutter sound.

My sunshine. The sweetest, happiest girl who sings as she walks through our house. She always lets me know I’m doing a good job. She loves to help me put the finishing touches on treasure boxes before mailing them to you.

My guinea pigs are my whole world, my husband is my best friend, and we got married last August at my favorite place - Grandma & Grandpa’s beach house on Whidbey Island!

We took our engagement photos at my other favorite place, Christianson’s Nursery & I wore Grandma’s wedding dress.

I’m so sentimental, love doing crafts, and quality time with my people means everything to me.
