I’ll help you with your timeline, help make a family shot list and ensure that part of the day goes smoothly, a guide with everything I know about weddings, vendor recs, and more!
Your online gallery allows you to download images at full resolution, share with friends, and order prints!

10 Hour Dream Package

This package is for sentimental couples who want to cherish every moment of their wedding day.
10 hours allows us to capture getting ready photos (including flat-lay details & your attire) through your send off, plus time to be present & capture candids in between. 2 photographers means we can be in two places at once, too!
Ideal for medium to large celebrations!
10 hours with me, 8 hours with a second photographer to capture multiple angles & moments. Having a second set of eyes on your people means more sweet memories are captured.
900+ high-resolution images delivered to an online gallery 8 weeks post-wedding. Sneak peek gallery delivered 48 hours after your wedding.
Session includes 1 hour of photography, 60+ photos, 1-2 outfits, and 1 location (Location can be up to 2 hours from Bellingham).

This package is for couples who are excited to have lots of moments captured from the tail end of getting ready through most of your reception. 8 hours gives us breathing room between key moments, which means more time to be present & capture candids. Option to add on a second photographer.
700+ high-resolution images delivered to an online gallery 8 weeks post-wedding. Sneak peek gallery delivered 48 hours after your wedding.
Session includes 1 hour of photography, 60+ photos, 1-2 outfits, and 1 location (anywhere within 1 hour from Bellingham).

6 Hour Essential Package

This package is for couples who are excited to capture the key moments of their wedding day beautifully: portraits, ceremony, and the main reception highlights. Candids will of course be captured in between those moments.
This package is ideal for couples having intimate celebrations with their closest people.
500+ high-resolution images delivered to an online gallery 8 weeks post-wedding. Sneak peek gallery delivered 48 hours after your wedding.
Session includes 1 hour of photography, 60+ photos, 1-2 outfits, and 1 location in Bellingham.
Heirloom quality, 4×6 prints will be mailed to you after your wedding, as well as 10 Instax photos will be sent home with you the night of your wedding!

8mm Movie Film

Vintage video footage to capture your wedding moments in a nostalgic, imperfect, in the moment way.
1-2 minute highlight reel filmed on a 1957 movie camera. I used this for our wedding and it’s one of the most special things I’ve ever experienced.

Second Photographer

If you would like to have big moments captured from multiple angles and more memories in your full gallery, you can add a second photographer.
My dearest, most trusted friends (and husband!) are all photographers and would love to help me capture your wedding day. If you would like to add a photographer to your 8 hour Wedding Package, you can!

Heirloom Album

To make cherishing your gallery as easy as possible, I can design an heirloom album for you.

Your album will be a 10×10 lay-flat album with 20 thick pages. Beautifully crafted on premium quality paper meant to last a lifetime. A variety of cover fabrics & texts options to choose from.
If you would like to include this in your package, we’ll work on the design process after your full gallery is delivered!

Additional Wedding Coverage

Sometimes 6 or 8 hours isn’t quite enough! If you would like to add on an additional hour or two, it’s $400/hour.
Additional coverage also applies to your other wedding events like: your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, bridal shower, engagement party, dress shopping, hair and makeup trials, etc.

I’d love to be there for all of it if I’m available!
Upgraded Engagements

An upgraded engagement session includes 2 hours of photography coverage, 2 locations (near each other), and travel anywhere within 2 hours from Bellingham.
This is perfect if you want an engagement session in Seattle or if you want to include your favorite coffee shop & a beautiful park. More of your story is able to be captured!
You can upgrade your engagement session for $350.

It depends on how many guests you’ll have, if you want big moments captured in multiple ways, and how many family members you want group photos with.
I have a network of photographers I trust and work well with, and they would love to help capture your big day! I will edit all photos to have a cohesive style, so it’s pretty much like having two Evas there!

Why having 2 photographers is great:
- Ability to capture big moments from multiple angles (both partner’s first look reactions, side and straight on of the first kiss, another set of eyes watching for cute candids, etc).
- If you have a long list of family members, they read out your family photo shot list during group photos. This allows me to take all the photos with your loved ones efficiently & seamlessly.
- If I’m taking photos of you two during cocktail hour, our second can stay back and capture candids so no moment is missed!
The main differences between packages are the amount of breathing room we have between the big events on your wedding day & where you would like to take your engagement photos.
- My 10 hour package has a second photographer, special heirloom, and Seattle Engagement Session. For the super sentimental couples.
- My 8 hour package is my most commonly booked package! It includes a local engagement session (within an hour from Bellingham) and is the perfect amount of coverage for most wedding days.
- My 6 hour package includes a Bellingham engagement session, and is perfect for small or untraditional wedding days. More emphasis on the big moments like portraits & ceremony, and perfect if you’re having a shorter reception.
Thankfully, I have never had to miss a wedding.
My two best friends are also wedding photographers, and they have already heard how excited I am about your wedding. They’re the people I tell everything to and they know me better than anyone, so they’d be able to step in for me so easily. If they’re busy, they’ll reach out to other people they love and trust. You’ll be in great hands no matter what. We have an incredible network of photographer friends.
We would never leave you without someone to document one of the most important days in your life.
Every photo I take is saved to two SD, cards in camera, so they’re backed up as soon as I take them. When I get home, the first thing I do is back up your photos to my computer. I don’t touch your SD cards again until your gallery is delivered to make sure I do lose anything in the editing process. Your memories are handled with so much care throughout it all!
Your online gallery is live for 1 year, so make sure you download them to a safe place as soon as possible :)

My #1 priority on your wedding day is ensuring you feel calm & in the moment. I spend time the night before going over all our notes, getting your family shot list ready to go on my phone, and making a collage of your inspo photos. We’ll have a call 1-2 weeks before the big day so I don’t have to ask you any questions on your wedding day!

I’m not stressed if things run a little late & I don’t want you to be stressed either! There’s always enough time for everything. I know when to step in and offer guidance & when to give you space so you can happy cry & hug your people. I’m constantly scanning the room & anticipating sweet candids.
I know these are precious, irreplaceable memories, and the importance of my job is in the front of my mind the whole day.
Almost every couple says they feel awkard in front of the camera! You are not alone & don’t worry at all, I’ve got you!! I will pose you in a way that feels natural and comfortable. I am all about candid and authentic moments, and I’ll prompt you to move or do an action, which allows you to focus on each other, not on me!
Absolutely! 6 or 8 hours might not be enough for your day, so 7 or 9 hours might make the most sense! We can add on extra hours at anytime, even after you book a 6 or 8 hour package.
Of course! You might not know everything you want right now! Adding something on later once you’ve planned more is easy peasy :)

Once we decide on a package, I’ll send over our contract & your planning document. Once the contract is signed & 10% deposit is paid, we’re official!
Next, we’ll start planning your engagement session. I love getting to celebrate you two in person! I’ll send over resources to help you plan these :)
