It depends on how many guests you’ll have, if you want big moments captured in multiple ways, and how many family members you want group photos with.

I have a list of photographers I trust and work well with, and they would love to help capture your big day! I will edit all photos to have a cohesive style, so it’s pretty much like having two Evas there!

Why having 2 photographers is great:

• Ability to capture big moments from multiple angles (both partner’s first look reactions, side and straight on of the first kiss, another set of eyes watching for cute candids, etc).

• If you have a long list of family members, they read out your family photo shot list during group photos. This allows me to take all the photos with your loved ones efficiently & seamlessly.

• If I’m taking photos of you two during cocktail hour, our second can stay back and capture candids so no moment is missed!

Having 8 hours of photography coverage allows me to capture your whole wedding day from getting ready to the reception. A second photographer & complimentary engagement photos are included in this package. This is my most commonly booked package!

The 6-hour package is perfect for shorter and smaller weddings. More emphasis is on portraits, ceremony, and candids during the first part of the reception. This is perfect if you have a smaller list of family photos, don’t need a lot of getting-ready photos, and are having a shorter reception. You can add on an engagement session at a special price ($250)!

I’ll send ya photography timeline examples that explain how much time is usually needed for each section of the day, a physical wedding guide with everything I know about photographing weddings that I’ll send you with your first box of treasures, lots of blog posts to help you plan your engagement photos, and a Google Doc Questionnaire that will help us plan your photography dreams! Once the contract is signed and 10% non-refundable deposit is paid, I’m officially yours! Then we will start planning your engagement photos & dreaming about your wedding!

Engagement photos are only for you two & cannot be gifted to anyone else! Spending that time together prior to your wedding is such a special experience and allows you two to feel so much more comfortable with me taking your photos on your wedding day. If you want to book the 8 hour package and don’t need to use the engagement session, we can exchange it for another hour of coverage either on your wedding day or at your rehearsal the day before!

My #1 priority on your wedding day is ensuring you feel calm & in the moment. I’m showing up confident & excited. I spend time either the night before or the morning of going over all our notes, getting your family shot list ready to go on my phone, and making a collage of your inspo photos. We’ll have a call 1-2 weeks before the big day so I don’t have to ask you any questions on your wedding day!

I’m not stressed if things run a little late & I don’t want you to be stressed either! There’s always enough time for everything. I know when to step in and offer guidance & when to give you space so you can happy cry & hug your people. I’m constantly scanning the room & anticipating sweet candids.

I know these are precious, irreplaceable memories. My cameras both have two SD card slots so every photo I take is immediately backed up. The first thing I do when I get home is back up your pictures to my computer & I start going through them!

Almost every couple says this to me! You are not alone & don’t worry at all, I’ve got you!! I will pose you in a way that feels natural and comfortable. I am all about candid and authentic moments, and often I’ll prompt you to move or do an action, which allows you to focus on each other, not on me!

Thankfully, I have never had to miss a wedding. My two best friends are also wedding photographers, and they love you as much as I do. They’re already the people I tell everything to, so they’d be able to step in for me. If they’re busy, they’ll reach out to other people they love and trust. You’ll be in great hands no matter what. We would never leave you without someone to document one of the most important days in your life.

Every photo I take is saved to two SD cards, so they’re backed up as soon as I take them. When I get home, the first thing I do is back up your photos to my computer. I don’t touch your SD cards again until your gallery is delivered to make sure I do lose anything in the editing process. Your memories are handled with so much care throughout it all!
